Work Experience
As co-head of the Experience team, I am responsible for guaranteeing that we keep delivering with excellence, at the same time as we evolve and pursue to deliver the best and most productive work experience there is.
For 7 months I was the design consultant for this think thank that on studying and improving public health in Brasil. My main collaboration was to develop and conduct workshops to listen and engage the workers of public health in partnership with IEPS' team.
I was called to collaborate with HandMade's team on two occasions. The first one, as a service designer, we developed an online experience to connect with clients and prospects during quarantine. There I was responsible for designing and conducting all the online encounters. The second time, I was part of a team that developed and prototyped a solution for a sports brand in 2 months (more about this in the project session).
As service designer I participaed in two projects, one focusing in public education and the other one on public health. On this second project our goal was to understand how to incorporate technologies, such as AI, to the care of high pressure patients.
As an articulator, my role was to oversee the teams involved in each project and guarantee that everyone had all the information needed and that the projects were on schedule.
As Experience Leader I was responsible of designing the experience for each Mesa, thinking about the venue, the food, the materials available and the rituals in place so that we could all have a smooth week of work.
